2. Create Your Account
Sign up with your email and set a secure password. You'll use this account to manage your subscription, schedule services, and view your service history.

3. Complete Payment
Review the Terms & Conditions and complete your subscription via Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Schedule First Service
Based on your plan, your first service will be scheduled. Premium members get service within 7 days, Smart within 14 days, and Basic within 30 days.

Our trained technicians arrive on time, in uniform, with all necessary equipment. They'll service your units and provide a detailed report.

What's included in the subscription?
Your subscription includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits, cleaning, filter checks, and performance optimization. Repairs, parts replacement, and gas refilling are not included but are available at discounted rates.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, but early cancellation fees apply based on your plan: Basic (RM 199), Smart (RM 299), Premium (RM 499). We recommend completing the 12-month term for full value.
How do I reschedule a service?
You can reschedule through your customer dashboard or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Klang Valley area, including Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and Kuala Lumpur. We're expanding to cover all of Malaysia soon.
What if I need repairs between scheduled visits?
Subscribers enjoy priority booking for additional services and discounts on repairs. Simply contact us, and we'll schedule a technician visit at your earliest convenience.
